Great Beginnings offers small classes within a calm, tranquil environment with experienced compassionate professionals. We provide you with knowledge of the mind-body connection to help you through the birth process and after care in a way that typical childbirth classes cannot. We are here to support you & your baby and to promote a new life of health, joy and vitality.

5 Classes meet 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Cost: $275/couple; $150/single
Individual class $35/person
