Craniosacral Therapy/Intuitive Healing Work
Sara Stein began her journey as a Craniosacral Practitioner in 2014 under the teachings and mentorship of Dr. Adolf Brown DC in Bali, Indonesia. Sara utilizes Biodynamic and Bioelectric Craniosacral Therapy, on both humans and animals! These styles of Craniosacral Therapy are non-invasive, applying light touch and expansive presence to reawaken the body's own capacities to resolve disharmony naturally.
Clinical Counseling
Sara Stein received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1999 and Masters in Social Work in 2005. Sara Stein initially specialized in School Social Work, practicing for over a decade in both Ohio and Los Angeles at various specialized school programs. Sara currently incorporates a holistic, mindfulness-based approach to individual and group counseling with children, teens and adults.
Cranio-Somatic Release/Intensive Therapy Sessions
Body work combined with intuitive, clinical talk therapy to more deeply facilitate the emotional release process which often accompanies Craniosacral Work. A minimum of 3 sessions (at most a week apart) is required. Jared West was trained in acupuncture at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated summa cum laude in August of 2008. He has been studying Chinese Medicine for over 15 years beginning with an apprenticeship to a Taoist priest in 1991.
